How we use it
To operate the platform, provide support, meet contractual and legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and trace contents are never used to train models.
Retention & residency
Run traces are retained per your plan's policy and your per-workflow configuration. Data residency follows the region you pin per workflow: us-east, eu-west, or ap-south.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and portability requests can be sent to hello@orlix.example.com. EU/UK data subjects can also exercise GDPR rights through our DPA.
